Thumbs up peppermint oil

recently i've figured out that peppermint oil really settles my stomach. also calming/cooling me down at the same time(it's anti-inflamatory) I'm not sure if it works with peppermint tea, but the oil is very strong so it works well.

Lightbulb peppermint is a carminative

which is a big word used to describe "settling the stomach".

I like peppermint tea myself.

But when using essential concentrated oils, be very careful.
They should be appropriately diluted before taking internally or applied to the skin.

Yah at first I tried diluting with water the first couple of times, Cuz i figured a drop of peppermint oil in 20 ounces of water wouldnt be that bad. But I guess, I should try diluting it with other oils like it says in that page. I wouldn't know what oils to dilute it with though? --grapeseed oil wouldn't exactly taste good with peppermint and which ones would be the cheapest, and less flavor affecting of the oils?
