Default herbal/supplemental medicine dosage sites

any good sites to look up info for dosage information for supplements, iherb.info is good but doesn't really hav specifics in terms of dosage.

Do you mean dosage amounts in general , or possible therapeutic doses?

I did some quick web searches and didn't find any general info like that, you might find what you are looking for in the library??.

Or if you are looking for specific supplements & dosages for symptoms or a condition - you might be able to narrow down your internet searches for the treatment of those.

above have some good sites that I have found reputable and safe for supplements/uses/dosages.
The one from the Univ. of Maryland, also includes a very good
drug interaction section, with each supplement so people on RX drugs can understand that aspect as well.
