I recently read that taurine helps magnesium absorption. is there any truth to this?
I also have been reading up on taurine lately and came upon a jarrow formulas neuro optimizer circa $35.00. Now this seems a little overpriced and steep, but when I read the ingredients I understood why. Some good stuff in there. But still the one drawback to this is the 4 caplet dosing. I don't have time to sit around and take 4 caplets a day. Is there anything out there similar to this and just as good quality with less caplets??
