Default mrsd! curcumin and insulin resistance and depression

what do you know about this.....my acupuncturist suggested it for its antiinflamatory effects, (hamstring tear) my mood has been better and i have lost a little weight.....just dont have that drive to eat.....i put it off to better sleep.....but then i became curious (big surprise, right,lol) and looked it up....there is literature out there....very interesting.....!!!!! just to be clear, i had NO idea this was a potential when i started and noted the positive effects!
