Red face B complex - Too relaxed !

Hello guys,

Ive been taking my B complex pills to help me with my neuropathy and all my aches since I had to stop taking my lyrica...

Im so happy with the results, I had pain one day and that's it... I have been able to sleep quite well, etc, Im in love with the B complex BUT, sometimes, like when trying to waking up, I feel tooooooooooooooooooo relaxed, like sleepy... like... weak... I want to sleep, sleep and sleep, so, I was wondering if I might need something else to "compensate" the B complex effects on my stress and aches... Something like... Zinc ? Dont know, something that can give me more... hum... energy, power...

Or should I take only half the pill ???

Thank you !!!!!!!!!

Try taking it every other day. Most people feel energized by Bcomplex, not more tired. Most take it in the morning for that reason.

Don't add things if what you are doing is working for you.

i would add some caffeine into the mix to help you with the drags at least thats what i do:
I always make sure to either drink some green tea, diet soda(w caffeine), or a little coffee to get me going. i know some people dont like it but it works for me
b complex is great, i especially like the jarrow one.
