and it was helpful for all. I can't say about the RSD tho.
Dr. Jay Cohen has a mention of using it after damage from fluoroquinalone antibiotics (which may cause neuropathies). http://www.medicationsense.com/artic...ity070508.html IV is really the only way to increase glutathione quickly, since it is not absorbed thru the GI tract. Its only downside is the expense. Make sure a reputable supplier is used for the infusion as well.

Dear Mrs. D,
May this lines find you blessed. you are certainly a blessing to others. My pain levels are down, maybe a one at most. Due to Endocarditis, I am lucky to be alive I had alot of home health care. I had to be IV'ed with Gent. Vanco, and Rocephin, separate times of course. I've not been on fluoroquinalone antibiotics due to my knowledge. I am thankful I do not have any stomach problems due to the antibiotics. I enjoyed working, and hope to get back in a while. Much Love, Roz |

I may be grasping at straws here, but I was reading in an article about excitotoxins, and parmesan cheese seems to be high on the list. since it is one of my favorite foods it sparked an interest in me. and maybe there is a method to my madness, because after all it's one of my favorite foods that I eat a lot of, and maybe there is symptoms being sparked from it.
Also the other method, is that IV glutathione the supplement you mention, is supposed to decrease excess glutamate in the brain. Are the other ways to decrease glutamate other than IV glutathione, such as N acetyl-cystine. or any others? I still may be grasping at straws here, but i absolutely love Parmesan cheese!! I was also thinking of trying out natural factors learning factors shake as a multivitamin, also because is has magnesium citrate in it. but it seems they have 500mg of L-glutamine in it. so probably would not be a good idea. yet it still seems to be a pretty popular product. and my amino acid 1500 has a lot of glutamic acid and aspartic acid, so that may have to go too as well.(especially since the aminos in it, may affect the absorption of my tryptophan.) but who knows. anyways I may have to hold back on that shake mix until things sift themselves out with what I'm taking now. I do however want to order some more coq10, as I'm out, and jarrow seems like they have a few good products for that.

in natural glutamate.
It is thought that natural glutamates bound to proteins are handled by the body more safely than artificial glutamates like MSG. About 1/2 of the glutamine you eat remains in the GI tract. The GI tract needs glutamine to stay healthy. Avoidance of MSG in foods (restaurants and processed products) is the best way to keep glutamate down. But remember 70% of all neuro transmission in the brain uses glutamate. It is a very plentiful substance, and we need it in normal amounts.

its so funny, i always just read your paragraph content message, and never the title, your content always continues from the title. so that always messed me up?
but anyways, so do you think that 500 mg L glutamine in that shake supplement is ok?

If you have one a day, and don't consume alot elsewhere,
500mg is not alot. You'll have to see how you react. L-glutamine is a substrate for many things, including glutamate. So it will get diluted out somewhat. It is the artificial MSG that is a problem.
