Default amino acids-absorption

both of the amino acids I'm taking affect the absorption of the other, I'm trying to figure out how to take them without affecting the other. I was thinking maybe I could take L-tryptophan for a while and hold back on the N-acetyl cysteine. Just to get my serotonin levels up after coming off the ssri. they both say to take on empty stomach for best results without any other amino acids.

I take the jarrow NAC sustain.
