Lightbulb I think...

I think vitamin testing is difficult.

First finding a good lab. Secondly finding someone who can
interpret the results PROPERLY.

Quest labs just released data that they totally screwed up
Vit D tests for a long time....so all the patients who thought they were getting something useful...did not. (doctors then treated people based on erroneous results!)

If you are really really low, or really really high... that says something. It is the in between areas that beg veracity.

right, the two labs were privatemd labs, and direct labs. direct labs has a comprehensive test including cbc, thyroid panel, lipid profile, liver profile, fluids and electrolytes, diabetes and minerals and bone.

so those arent exactly vitamins but, they do provide good measurements of health indicators, i think its around 100 for the whole thing.
