Have you heard about this?
http://www.wakeupontime.com/ It's a "Wake up on time" pill featuring a coating that delays the release of ingredients that causes one to feel energized about seven hours after taking the tablet. Some of the ingredients include B6, B12 and Guarana Seed Extract. Thoughts? |

expensive.
And people with headaches can get caffeine withdrawal headaches from this. It does have a high vitamin content, but for 30 bucks for 20 days? You can do the B12 for 9 cents a day. I have to worry about people who NEED this. Aren't they sleeping well or long enough? Truck drivers and other shift workers would soon become "hooked" on this I think. Don't ever underestimate guarana! It is just caffeine with a different name.

"Cheesy websites!" LOLOL!
Thank you for making me smile so early in the a.m. You might guess, I'm not much of an early morning person. However, I already knew from experience, from listening to my doc (and Mrs. D) that anything coffee related is out of the question for moi). I take my B vitamins (and others) in the morning and do drink a 1/2 decaf and 1/2 reg. coffee sometimes. I find this very energizing. I also have purchased a WONDERFUL alarm clock that gradually wakes me up. 30 minutes before the alarm goes on, a low light turns on. 15 mins. before the alarm goes on, birds start chirping. Then, eventually, the alarm goes off. This thing is very effective! It wakes you up gently. You feel refreshed. My thought is that it influences melatonin. It is a winner. Between this and my vitamins...assuming I feeling physically well...I'm a happy camper!!!! It is a relief to be doing so much better in this area! http://www.hammacher.com/publish/704...promo=homepage Last edited by Vowel Lady; 02-06-2009 at 02:14 PM. |
