I am looking for an omega 3 supplement that contains both fish and flaxseed oil in one. I can only find one with borage oil. Can anyone suggest a brand of one that just has flaxseed and fish oil? Thank you

You most likely don't need a flaxseed solution unless you have an issue absorbing fish oil.
Look for a natural source, if its cheep it is not a good source, that's a clue. Flaxseed oil will go rancid after a while (a while... not short term), and I did read something about Flaxseed oil not being as affective... with some side affects, but I might be wrong about that. |
