Question Supplements for "bad mood" ?

Hey !!!

Im wondering....

I have been suffering bad mood.... you know, like when everything irritates you....

I would like to try a supplement before asking my doc for meds...

Im taking vit A, B, D, E and Omegas 3, 6 already....

Does anyone know about something helping stabilizing mood ??

Thanks in advance !!!!

The best one for me...not that I admit to PMS...but my husband admits I have it...is SAMe.

Helps mood, my joints and is an awesome liver cleanse.

Not cheap. I have gone off it different times and regreted it.

Thank you Curious !

Could I ask, what is SAMe ??? I google it and got "weird" things, nothing to do with supplements....
