I was wondering if anyone could give me some good ideas for a cleanse. I had back surgery almost six months ago and tons of pain killers…I need to cleanse them out of my body. I feel loaded all the time…help

I have used the Organic Cleanse system by (Renew Life). It is a two part cleanse, morning pill & evening pills. 30 day cleanse system. I found it very gentle, never any problems...

You did not mention if you were on a sleep aid? I know from experience, after my surgeries that I Needed sleeping help. When I started weaning myself off of them I noticed that I was feeling MORE zonked without them! I asked the Dr. & he explained that they will attach to fat cells & it could take up to 2 months to rid the body...I don't know if that will help ya but I found it interesting...
