Default Green Tea and Bitter Orange

Been trying to lose weight...such a struggle. Little progress. Actually, I can do well...but I BETTER NOT MAKE ONE FALSE MOVE cause if I do, the weight finds me and finds me FAST with super duper freakishly fast speed.

I have a friend who drinks Green Tea all the time. This stuff has documented fat busting (thermo...??) properties. Honestly, it IS helping her.

As luck would have it...I can NOT take it 'cause it gives me headaches.

I have HEARD that bitter organge will do the same. I got a few tablets....hmmmm...does NOT seem to give me a headache.

However, I have heard that bitter orange is not healthy.

Who knows info about bitter orange? Is there a safe dosage? A safe brand? Might it help a little with fat loss?

Thank you.
