Default all about essential oils

This past winter, I was frustrated by the high price of so called anti-aging face creams, looked at ingredients on one, saw an essential oil listed, and since that day, I study them, and what they can do, and write down recipes-EVERY DAY! It has become addicting, I can't go a day without learning more and more. I got alot of them, to make up my own potions and lotions, have cleared up my rosacea at least 80%, just love the entire world of essential oils! I am interested in hearing from others that use them, curious to know if anyone has come up with a cream to help with nerve pain?!

Marlene at PN uses a geranium oil for her husband. There is a thread there if you search it.

Maybe she will see this and post here? You can message her
and contact her that way too.

I too am hooked on essential oils. I have been using them for about a year and a half for just about everything.

My husband has PN and found that peppermint is always a good EO for the feet. It is pretty much the one "constant" EO he uses daily. Then, I will add other oils to it depending on what I'm trying to do. Geranium, helichrysum (everlasting) and vetiver are helpful. Also German Chamomile. The G. Cham and Everlasting are very anit-inflammatory. These two are pretty expensive but well worth it since they can be used for many things.

He places one drop each of 2 -3 EO's and then adds a about a 1/3 tsp of carrier oil in the palm of his hand. He then applies it to his feet. I have also put together a body butter as a base for him to use since it's a better moisturizer than just a carrier oil. I used Joboa oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and bees wax.

BTW....I use frankincense and rosewood for my face. I use one drop each in a bit of Coconut oil and shea butter.
