I have been taking Vitamin B and The Essential Woman softgels for anxiety for about a year now. (by the way it definitely takes the edge off your day without putting you to sleep like xanax, etc..)
Anyways I quit taking the Vitamin B because I started getting horrible acne like rosacea on my face especially my cheeks... I never get acne normally...
So it cleared up a bit but now I have been taking the Essential Woman 1000mg (basically Omega 3, 6, 9, evening primrose, flaxseed, lignans and saponins)... The acne is still bad and whenever I stop taking it for a week or so the acne goes away so I know it is causing it. The only problem is that it makes me feel great all day and i'm way less anxious so does anyone have a suggestion on what I could take instead or anyone had similiar issues with the this pill?
