Arrow B12: from 68 to 1765

I just received my latest & 4th B12 test result.

In less than 5 months,
I have gone from a dangerously,
nearly deadly low

of 68

and diagnosed with pernicious anemia

to an absolutely amazing,
(drum roll please)

1765 ....

THANK YOU ANGELS

I am high as a kite.... and so grateful.
I couldn't have done it without you.

Thumbs up

That is wonderful! Now please be aware that some functions take longer to come back than others. So just keep on doing what you are doing, and be patient.

mrsD.
Thank you. Yes, of course I will continue my present level of supplements. I am by no means healed - some of my symptoms are better; some of the nerve damage is a little better but I know this is a long road. I am just so happy to BE ON THE ROAD... even if my gait is still awkward. I keep remembering that in January I was days away from scheduled surgery to remove 3 or 4 cervical disks because of my symptoms. At best, I could have survived the surgery with new symptoms. At worst, I would have died. My father died during routine heart valve repair... never even made it to a scalpel. He bottomed out during the anesthesia. The story could have repeated itself with me.

Default Congratulations on improved B12 status

Hurray. Now, realize that the improvement process can be long, with many twists and turns. Sometimes what appears to be worsening can be the process of improvement. Very confusing, and can continue for years if there was much damage.
