Hello all,
I have been taking a cocktail of antioxidants for a couple of months now. I initially tried this (multi-antioxidant? - you can't really call it a multivitamin) for a pain in my leg but have found other benefits too: hemorrhoid inflammation has gone, and some relief from fatigue - although I still feel some fatigue. I have not taken it consistently enough to say whether it will markedly improve my fatigue yet. I am taking a product *edit* which is intended to boost intracellular glutathione: I wanted to find out what other Neuro Talkers think about antioxidants. The most exciting characteristic for me has been its anti inflammatory effect. I thought I was stuck with either NSAIDs or steroids FOREVER!!! May be that won't be the case. *edit* Last edited by Chemar; 06-27-2009 at 09:01 AM. Reason: commercial post against NT guidelines |

Well I think vitamin c is one and my pain doc told me to take it to help with rsd and inflammation/repair. I think that many fruits and veggies etc have so many good nutrients in general help the healing process in one way or another I would think.
