My latest info has been out of Dr. John Whitcomb on D3 and K2 dosing. He has youtubes and since I don't have speakers I can't listen to his lecture. But one friend says he talks about 20K D3 and K2 for true pain free outcome. I've upped my dose to 10K like every other day and will go from there. I'd LOVE to be mroe pain free.
