Default How long will it take for b12 to work?
I am having weird ticklish sensation in muscles like hands, arms, back of head and twitching.

How long will it take for 5mcg of vitamin b12 to work if I am deficient? And how long will it take for magnesium to work? I am also breastfeeding thanks in advance
