Default Vitamin D and CQ10

Hello to everyone

I have been posting on the traumatic brain injury board as I had suffered a brain injury 3 years ago. Recently I had some blood work done and it came back that I was low in my vitamin d (20) so they said I should take 1000 UI to get this number back up.

Some of my other numbers seem low and just trying to figure this all out. Doctor said if my numbers don't fall out of the range I am OK. Before I go any further just to let you know some of my symptoms are fatigue, weight loss, muscle and bone pain, the list goes on.

They did a basic blood panel but my questions are for my CQ10 here are my number and ranges.

CQ10 Total - 0.612 (0.500 - 1.5)
CQ10 Reduc - 0.576 (0.48 - 1.45)
CQ10 Oxid - 0.036
CQ10 Reducd 0.941 (0.940 - 0.980)
Q10 Cholesterol - 159 (125-220)
Q10 Chol Index - 0.385 (0.3 - 0.8)

I mentioned that they seemed on the low end and he said they were fine. Also my ALT (liver) number came in at 8 (10-45) and AST came in at 27 (10-45). A friend of mine who is a Vet said that the low ALT can be associated with low B6. He said that the ALT and AST should be parallel to each other. The doctor said he didn't think that was true.

No B6 or B12 levels were taken.....

So right now I am just taking the Vit D but think I should supplement with CQ10 but now sure right amount.

Any help would be appreciated.
