Unhappy B12 anemia and ceoliacs

I HAVE SUFFERD FOR OVER 25 YEARS WITH IBS ITS BECOMING MORE AND MORE CRONIC.AM UNABLE TO EAT ALOT OF FOODS, IVE RECENTLEY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH B12 LEVELS OF 185. AND HAVE HAD TO ENDURE 6 WKS OF EATING WHEAT SO CAN BE TESTED FOR CEOLIACS.WHICH HAS MADE ME VERY ILL. BEFORE THIS AND NOW I HAVE NO ENERGY DEPRESSION AND ACHES AND PAINS ALSO DIZZEY AND LIGHTHEADED SPELLS. PLEASE HELP AM A SINGLE MUM OF MY ELEVEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND AM FINDING DAY TO DAY TASK VERY HARD.AM ALWAYS SLLEEPING WHEN NOT AT WORK. AM ONLY 36 AND SHOULDNT FEEL LIKE THIS. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
