Hi
I was diagnosed with low B12 a few years ago and was on a course of B12 injections with no issues at all. Having said that apart from my blood test results changing nothing else happened. Last time I went to the doctor I asked if there was another way of taking B12 and he advised a mouth spray. I started the mouth spray a few days ago and OMG have i had some strange and not very pleasant dreams over the last couple of nights |
