I got put on weekly B12 injections several weeks ago after being found to be deficient in it, and today I started doing a morning sublingual B12 spray to hopefully help a little more with my fatigue. I didn't pay attention to the changes in my dreams though, but maybe now that I'm taking the sublingual stuff, I'll see a change...
