Red face Jan 8 & 9 Check in

kinda late so i combined 2 days.

hope everyone is doing ok.

i stocked up on herbal and fruit teas. when it's cold this helps me get the water i need. i know plain water is best..but when i'm cold...brrr..i need a cup of something hot.

i'm doing good with the eating. night time tv time...NO SNACKS!!! i did make a bundt cake last night. can't say it was real low fat...but not a full fattening cake either. used a glaze...not a frosting. egg whites, but did use the oil not the applesauce i normally do.

i need more exercise. hmmmown a health club and need more exercise? there is a problem here.
