howdy howdy!!

time to get moving. everyone had their walk?

my little buddy grandmonkey is my new drill sargent. hup 2..3...4...march meme march. boy does he love to time me.

lil'monkey has her first track meet today. she is nervous. not sure what to expect. i think she will have fun.

started my day out right. an apple with plain yoghurt sprinkled with some almonds and cinnamon.

water...i am determined to drink lots of water today.

so how is everyone else?
