i want to ride on the roof rack...do some wind surfing. dare devil that i am.

i had air popped popcorn. measuered out. 3 cups. no nothing on it. *cough* *cough*. kinda dry, but i goofed and ate dinner way to early. good fiber.

and yeppers boredom. food commercials. knowing good stuff is in the kitchen.

eating breakfast has really helped. i have preached that to people for years, but got off track myself working from home.

bf...hugs honey. hope you feel better soon.

Default Billie, I am so happy for you. . .

Your new SUV is beautiful! Does it have a drop down television screen so you can watch movies as you drive? Forget I said that Billie - I'm sure you're a great driver but it's better safe than sorry . Curious - thanks for the picture. There are so many SUV's out there, one never knows what's what.

It's only day Two on the "d" word, and I had a very hard time today. I think it's learning, all over again, how to cook, what to shop for, how to eat. And then finding recipes to fit what I have in the house is always a challenge but more so on WW. They give you recipes but I don't always have the ingredients. I just need to be like that little train, "I think I can, I think I can. . ."

nancy

try keeping out measure cups. it helps to really know the serving size. smaller plates really do trick your brain. making the food look pretty or presented helps.

i can help you modify recipes you already use. i know how hard it is to try and make dinners of foods you aren't used to. yep..finding out you don't have all the ingrediants cuz you don't use them very often.

i have tons of recipes. almost 18 years of doing it for a living. lol.

you can do it! i hear your train whistle blowing!!

Hi BC, Alffe, Curious, and Jan.

BC, I can imagine how excited you are about your new vehicle.

Alffe, wonderful you do Curves.

Curious, I'm not sure I could stand air popped popcorn. It would be better for me though and I really should invest in one.

Jan, thank you for the get well wishes.

Bizi, I will get serious one day too.

Hi jo. I think I have everyone.

I cannot sleep tonight and I've got to get up in 7 hours or less. I need much more sleep than that the way I've been sick and all.
