Default Jan 10th Check-In

Hi all!

Lets get those booties moving today sometime. I think I've gotten enough exercise for awhile running back and forth to the bathroom. I never knew I was so full of crap before.

The good news is I am feeling better this early a.m. but the bad news is I should be sleeping but can't. I could also use something for a sore bottom.

I had to cancel a job interview Tuesday on count of my diarrhea and now I've got to call the guy back at 9:00 a.m. today which doesn't leave me much time. The anti-biotic was causing the diarrhea and after having it for 4 straight days I started feeling pretty bad. Now that I can hold food down tonight I want to eat and eat and eat. Problem is, there's not enough room in my stomach for all the eating I'd like to do.

BC, how about taking us all for a ride in you new SUV?

Let us know how you all are doing today.

P.S. Today is my soon to be ex-husband and my nephews birthday

Morning BF~
Glad your tummy decided to settle down. Diarrhea is the $h!ts! Literally as well as figuratively....so much for the graphics on that one.....

What was our club we (you and I had??) of course I can't member, but we can add the no dozers to it to it as well..... geesh--were we twins in another life?? I used to have the craps so bad at times I was glad I had on slippers so I wouldn't hafta clean up the floor. Seriously. Course that was my IBS--ya don't know from one day to the next if you're gonna be runnin' or diggin' it out. hehehe----anyone want me to elaborate???? hehehe

OK, maybe overtiredness is taking over a tad bit??

Sorry today is a memory day for you BF--they suck. Yesterday was one for me. It was 22 years ago that my husband was killed. Those memory days just plain suck. All ya can do is try to keep busy and carry on. Just keep busy honey. (((BF))) Time will help some......

Oh, and on BC's SUV ride.....we were all claiming our places already, but I'm not sure what's left! You better check before you call it, or you're gonna be in a heap of deep turkey turds!! I'm riding shotgun, that's all I know, and some others laid claim to other places, so better be a checkin' there twinkle toes!! Does anyone else in here think I need a nappie? I WANT MY MAYPO!! (God I hated that crap!)

OK children, this little piggie is going to market.....OK, I'm going to bed before you think I'm either high, or lost it. Might be sleeping in a little tomorrow, well today actually, if I can. Hope everyone is having a good morning. Take care! You too BF!! Hang tight honey!
Hugs,
Jan

Talking lets get serious here & have fun too~

Well, I'm driving the SUV, thats my spot. It will hold about eight plus the roof. Ha! This is only IF we loose weight. There is not to much leg room. I have the third roll of sets down, but will gladly get them out for all of us. I'm going to take a picture of it maybe today. We are expecting lots of rain (2 or 3 inches starting tomorrow.

Where we gonna to go? The gym maybe! I can exercise much better with others around to talk to. Befuddled2, take care of yourself. I know what works for me when I'm running to the bathroom alot. If you have a script pain pill that should do it sweetie. They are a plugger upper, for sure. Enough said about that.

I hope everyone else is doing better. I still have my cold, but not quiet so uncomfortable now.

Jan have you got a new job or something? I must have missed that post. I kinda like to work if its not everyday.

Glad to see Gaye posting again. I need more comitment to the diet. Thats a good idea GC. Lets go out and make this a good day.
Hugs,
BC:icon_wink:

Default Morning All

I have Physical Therapy again this morning so I need to get my rear end going. When I get back, I have to tell you a story about a dumb thing I've been thinking all month!

Think skinny,
Nancy

I got some workout videos from the library -
but talked myself out of buying one of those big exercise balls -
i think I will get one of those aerobic step things - at least I could use it as a footstool instead of the big ball rolling around the living room corners. {small house}
plus a dog in the house - might think it's a toy

yeah I wonder what nancy has been thinking about too!

take care everybody

Hi Jan, Bizi, BC, Nancy Curious, and Jo. I hope I have everyone.

Earlier I had almost finished responded to all and my computer froze and I had to hit the off switch.

Jan, I'm sorry to hear you lost your husband.

Bizi, how how you?

Nancy, let us know how PT goes.

Curious, that is a good practice to get into. Exercise before posting.
