Has anyone been to a nutritionist for weight LOSS advice/information?
Was it beneficial? Did you lose weight? What was the main thing you learned? Thank you. Last edited by Vowel Lady; 12-13-2009 at 09:42 PM. |

i did at one point.
i saw a registered dietician. her hrly rate was a bit pricey; $80/hr, but it really helped me. i can't remember specifics but she gave me cooking ideas and made suggestions for buying different foods. she was very informative. i got her referral from my pcp.
