I am not well suited to eating this modern diet .
What works for me is as our ancestors would have done . Kill and eat animals and fish . Collect and eat grasses,fruit and berries wher ever you can find them. I was recently in hospital for two weeks while they monitored me for increase of steroids from 20mg of pred a day to 60mg per day. During this time I followed the excellent advice give on the hospital menu. It offered modern reproocessed food or prehistoric animal food . prehistoric meat (chicken ,pig turkey lamb etc)straight from th animal and two vegetables .Place size just right ,half the size of normal. This was offered twice per day, cooked for you of course. No sweet taken and tea or coffee as required .No soup taken either . I two weeks I went from 210 +13lbs 241lb to 168ibs +01= 169lbs breakfast was two wheatabit and cup of coffe or taa. Supper was cup of Tea and two slices of wheaten bread I fell super and have maintained it at 168 for four weeks. I am holding here for now because I cannot afford a complete new wardrobe. As I ahve many sizes as I yo yo up and down though mu life. |
