Hi Bizi and everyone....
Take a seat...I am back!
I have backslid into unhealthy territory and I am here for the support and guidance that you all I know can give.
So I just thought I would post and make my presence known...loud and proud!!!!!!

Wendy, it is so good to have you back with us. I have missed you! We all have the weight problem and still cheer each other up like the old forum. Have some new ones here, and they are nice also.

I weighted last night and I have gained 5 pounds. That's why I was afraid to weigh. Atleast I know now to get myself moving if I continue to eat this way. I will work out on the treadmill today more than once.

So hows everyone doing? Sue, haven't heard from you in a while. And Karen I'm hoping you are better today. Depression makes everything hard hon. You need a break. I do miss you. Then Megs, it's been a long time for you too. She called me not long ago and it was so nice to hear from her. We had a real long talk.

Who else is missing? I got brain FOG today? We need to PM them. Oh Jan, are you working? We sure miss you and your graphic's. I'm running low on them. I'll just give everyone a big hug today. I feel great!

. . .is that really you, Wendy, or someone in disguise? So very nice to hear from you! I've been wondering where you have been hiding! It's a good thing that you noticed your backslide. I noticed mine just a little too late but now am in my first week of the diet and doing ok. No binge yet.

Billie - finally all your goodies have caught up with you. But hey. it was fun while it lasted - right?

I have no plans this week-end but lots of loose ends.

resting today. eating good. well...did good for breakfast...haven't had lunch yet. but not exercising. sat too long on bleaches at my son's soccer games yesterday and lost night. strectching....lots of stretching.

hi all-
I have a darn cold so my energy and brain power is on the low side right now.. plus achy along with it!
hubby did BBQ pork chops outside yesterday - sunny and 30 degrees- had baked spuds and homemade bread - we were bad though no veggies. But we did have some really good oranges and pigged out on them the last few days.

Nancy, of course its me! Silly goose! Who else would it be??? Let's say I have seen that infamous chair exercise picture that someone(don't know who.... ) was showing about sometime back.
