Default Walk at Home

I have MS and have a lot of problems doing exercise, but I have found a DVD called "leslie sansone, walk at home, 5 day slim down, I could only start with the warm up, now I am in the day one walk. If you have a problem exercising, this could be for you. Also, my doctor told me to go on a low carb way of eating (not diet) because I had to come off the statin med. I have been on it since the day after Thanksgiving, I don't have a scale but I am telling the difference. Just some more ideas. I know how hard it is.

I LOVE Leslie Sansone's walking videos. She has so many of them and they are all great. Her attitude is what I like the best - do what you can, as much as you can and at your own pace.
