Default Printable Food Diary

The www.ellentv.com has a good site for printing a daily food diary. I printed 25, now if I can just get myself together and use it, I got it made. I really did enjoy the diet help and printed that too. Hope this helps someone else.

I get theses great inspiring thoughts and then I fizzle out, wish I knew why I do this and why "I am a compulsive overeater." I know Dr. Phil asks what do we get out of of it and I really don't know. Except maybe bigger and bigger!

I'm a fizzler too- so you aren't alone.
One of these days we'll stick to it.

Hi Jo55, sorry you have the same problem, still it is nice to know I am in good company with a another fizzler? I bet there are even more like us if they are brave enough to admit it. Maybe someday we will become a firecracker like Lizzard...now that is one more weight losing gal and should be captain of our team. I am proud of the way she has lost and kept at so well.
3 cheers for Lizzie!

Grin My excuse~

Well I'm a procrastinator. Some other day, sounds better to me. I have done well today, but I could blow it before the day is over. What I need to do, is not keep good junk food in the house. That is the problem! I tell myself, you know the weather is going to get bad, so get some junk food and store it. LOL
What a lie, Me store anything I enjoy. LOL
Someone just me a group hug and maybe I'll feel better about this. I am getting ready to get on the dreaded treadmill.
Hugs to you all,
BC

if i could go a month and not cook. eat just the frozen diet meals..i would drop these last pounds.

my family wants a full meal for each meal. including a fresh desert. and i'm supposed to resist eating my own baking and meals? just can't do it. :ats self on back:: i cook healthy and try and watch the portion size. i'm doing an awesome job at maintaining my weight.

I could eat the frozen diet meals and I do have some. I may have one for supper. I do feel for you gals that have to cook. Put them all on a diet. just think, if you would exercise more, you wouldn't have time to cook. I am going to work harder on exercise and see what happens.

Now there you go littler portions. I have a spoon from Weight Watchers. I think I'll get it out right now. One thing I am doing today is: Everytime I want something to eat, I am making myself do one or two things that are needing to get done around the house. In other words, maybe I'll forget after awhile. It's work right now tho.
