Unhappy

I am discusted with myself.
I followed pretty much my diet for 6 weeks thought I lost 10 pounds.
Ate and drank merrily for a long weekend.....gained 5 pounds back ....all of the alcohol must have been converted to fat as soon as I drank it.
how is this possible???????
very discouraged.....
going to the gym tonight, it has been one week since I went.
ugh!

You can get back on that horse, Bizi! We all get bucked off once or twice. As long as you get back on......that's all that matters. None of us are perfect. Lord knows I've had my "moments" that cost me a few pounds.

Bizi

You are going to be fine. I personally believe it could easily be partially
water gain. I am working on losing weight. But I am not at times.

I've lost over 30 lbs so its taking a while to lose the next 40 lbs.
I need to get another membership at a gym. I've learned of one
that has a hot tub all year inside. Hopefully its true its something
that I need.

I just have to work it out so I can afford it now. It should be soon.

And I'm NOT going to talk about the treadmill again. Tired tonight..just got in from a suicide support meeting and feel drained. I took choc.chip cookies but didn't eat them....sent them home with the moderator.

Don't dispair Bizi...You are young and have time to change your life style if that's what you want to do (how you could possibly do that and live in cajun country with all that yummy food is beyond me).

And Kitty...my moments have lasted weeks!

you are right alffe, how on earth can I diet with all of this good food?????
ate half a head of cabbage smothered in chicken stock and peppers with some ginger sesemee dressing...which was very good! had that with a slice of turkey. Lifted weights and Walked on the tred mill for 40 minutes and worked up a nice sweat.

Lunch was a slice of meatloaf and a hunk of swiss cheese.

I made Miracle Fat busting soup yesterday so that will be dinner tonight.

I use Patti LaBelle's recipe and it only has 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs in the whole loaf. I "bread" things, like chicken breasts with crushed pork rinds.

You ought to try making that soup Biz...it's delicious!!
