karousel...glad that you did not gain any weight back that you lost!!!!
remember that one pound is equal to 3,500 calories. So you have to eat alot to gain a pound back.

I've decided that I don't really like coffee at all and had given it up completely but Mr.Alffe insists that it's good for me..so he brings me a cup every morning...sugar/sweetener makes it taste better these days. Starting today we are switching to real sugar.

Lunch....meatballs, cup of chicken boullion, two sessame seed crackers (rye crisp) spread with cheddar cheese spread, and two thin slices of cantalope.

I just weighed myself.
I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks.
This is appropriate, they say 2 pounds a week.
Boy is it hard dieting....congratulations to all of those fine people out there sticking to their diets!

I bought fat free organic milk today(I am afraid to try it).....and v8 juice.

Breakf. is always the same...2 slices bacon, 1/4 cup egg beaters & V8 juice

lunch 2 hot dogs, three celery sticks stuffed with cheese

dinner baked talapia (fish), green beans, and 3 deviled egg halves.

Let me know about that milk Biz!!

Thanks bizi and congrats on your 6 lbs that are gone!

Waving back at Alffe.

Went for two walks today. One on my own and one in the evening with the neighbors while our DD's rode their bikes. Then I played basketball and in the yard with my DD. I'm exhausted but it feels good!

any physical activity counts...it is making the extra effort to MOVE!!!!!!
I bought boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them into half pieces which turned out to be 3 oz, put 2 of them into individual freezer bags so they will be easily thawed and then used for cooking.
I was hoping they would be 4 oz each but they were not.

gym tonight, lifted weights, 35 min of treadmill and swam 30 lengths, 15 laps, both breast stroke and free style made me pant....very good for my healing shoulder...I think it is the best work out of everything that I have been doing. Jeff said I should concentrate on swimming, I think he is right.

enough calories left to have a beer!
Going to the gym is truely a time commitment. over 2.25 hours to do all of that including taking a shower.

I feel tired but good. beer is good....

Worked on my flower beds yesterday. It is supposed to be 80 here today!!!

Still not doing the treadmill on a regular basis.
