I was bad over the weekend so I wanted to post that I walked hard on the tred mill last night for over an hour....
 veggie patty subway for lunch.... don't know how I am going to be able to only eat 1/2 cup of pasta tonight? bizi

I was bad on Mother's Day. We went to Johnny Carino's (Italian) and I got Chicken Bowtie Pasta. It probably has a million calories but it was good!
 I've been good since then but don't have a scale yet! Maybe I can get one tomorrow morning. DS27 is coming over to go to the vet with me when I take the cat. Maybe we can get one after we're done there.

trying to get back into dieting....catfish, cajun style, brussel sprouts and a mini bun.
jsut watching what I am eating.... and only having one beer at night. going to the gym tonight, monday I walked on the tred mill an hour watching a tv show....today my buttocks are sore so that walk must have done some good!

I had a salad for lunch (from Zaxby's) and that was it. It didn't really agree with me.....I guess my system is not used to rich food like that. It had fried chicken on it and I also had some ranch dressing. Full of fat! So....tonight I pay.

I've been terrible also...made a huge shrimp stir fry and spent the day eating it.
 Also it has done nothing but rain here, non stop so I can't work in the yard..been watching House series my daughter got me and reading when I tire of that...not a lot of moving going on. DH comes home tonight so that will shape me up.

Well I don't do well in general when my hubby is gone so I can relate to that mom.
each day is a new day so that we can start over and remember one pound equals 3,500 calories so it actually takes us alot to gain a pound back....or to lose a pound for that matter! good for us for continuing the fight! go team go! lol bizi

Back on track today!
I felt so horrible after eating that fattening salad yesterday.......I guess my tummy is rebelling against the attack! Did anyone watch Oprah yesterday. She was promoting a book called "Women, Food and God". It sounded like a great book and I want to try and get it to read. I might just go on amazon and see if it's there. I've done good today. Had a Lean Cuisine entree for lunch and some yellow squash/zucchini sauteed with onions. I need to drink some more water, though. Ya'll have a good day!

So far today I have behaved myself..bacon and egg beaters for breakfast.
Went and got my hair cut and to the store..found those little thins (Arnold?) you two were talking about so if DH decides to cook out this weekend I'll suprise him with a bun! going to have the rest of the Miracle Fat busting soup for lunch. It's still rainning!!

I had a shrimp stir fry for lunch and it was very good from this china one take out restaurant that you can eat there, close to campus. Had lunch with jeff which was nice, he had a meeting to go to....not fun for him.
I am done early today.... getting my hair colored and cut tonight at 5;30, at one of these aveda beauty schools...it will take 4 hours....sigh she is a sweet girl just slow! bizi
