3 hard boiled eggs,
2 cups of mixed salad greens brocolli, red peppers, carrots tomatoes artichoke hearts in water low fat french dressing jasons deli has the best salad bar!!!! planting some caladium bulbs and then headed to the gym.... turkey burgers and veggies for dinner and then tonight the art walk where I will resist the free wine and snackies along the way as we travel the different art galleries...I am wearing a dress that I have not fit into for years! bizi

jeff made the best pork chops this evening for dinner used paprika and basil....yummy!
greens and a sweet potatoe that tasted like a butternut squash.... so good! after a quick walk around the neighborhood.... diet tonic water and gin top off the evening. another episode of Lost!!!!! bizi

I'm glad you liked it, Alffe! It really is cheaper and easier than trying to cook fresh fish.
I haven't been to this thread in a while but I've dropped 5 more pounds! I've been taking Provigil (for fatigue) which totally zaps my appetite so that's helped! It's just been too dang HOT to eat, anyway!
