Well I have been eating/drinking up a storm....
had some really good sweet corn the other day...yummy! no butter or salt jsut corn. Went to the gym on sunday, had a personal trainer assessment. He worked me out on my legs...they are in terrible shape...I am still sore from squats, lunges and leg lifts. think I will try another gym on thursday...that has towels so I can take a shower etc.
Looking forward to seeing my sisters on friday, spending the night Hubby is going to be there as well...think we are going to see the latest twigh light movie..yippie!
After eating 3 small butter finger bars last night, i munched on some carrots. have been drinnking diet tonic water instead of beer on some nights so that is good!

Well I am back on my diet.

A whole wheat light wrap with cheddar cheese and spicy salsa
half an avacado
cup of milk.

Muggy rain...UGH! Mosquitos as big as a car, always after my nice fluffy meat on my bones. Makes me wish I was a frog for real...I could eat the silly things.

Having a hard time on plan yet working it out. Lots of nausea...maybe meds not sure. Am very aware of the fact needing more spice in my plan and working for a better suppers for Mr froggie and myself.

Waiting to see if doc OK's me for our trip to Tennessee & Mississippi to see his older sisters and brother. Appointment Wednesday. Plan to leave on Sunday Aug 8, come back on Thursday, pick up doggies on Friday.

Got to get over my addition to diet colas! Hate to drink water it tastes nasty...maybe can try water and then 1 cola at night.

hi dear froggie lady.
What I have discovered is that I like mint in my water....so I bought some mint oil and use a couple of drops per liter of water and it tastes great!
I found the mint in our health food store.
(that might settle your tummy too???)

Great idea Bizi will get some mint oil real quick. We have a nice health food here and am sure they will have it. I love mint!!
I am so much better so am sure we will get to go. Can't wait.

Hi, we have limited access to a computer here....it won't let me access my yahoo or ffacebook because of the large servers but the forums I can post which is great!
this computer is 12 years old and very slow.
the wedding reception is this evening hoooope everything goes smmoothly for them...
we went to the Indianapolis fair today that wwas fun!
there was fried:
mac and cheese
oreos
peanut butter cups
twinnkies
pepsi
butter
chocolate bacon
unbelievable!!!!!
I picked a grilled cheese sandwich and a cupof cho milk
and a pinapple whip frozen sherbet cone which wwas delicious!

After 2 vacations we are back to settle into a routine again.
WEnt to the gym last night and drank diet tonic water instead of beer so that was good.
Had been embibing too too much!
I have eaten 3 eggs for lunch twice this week. they are very filling and full of protein in a flat out flat bread wrap with spicy salsa was delicious!
and about 300 calories.I used the non stick pan to scramble the eggs in seconds on high heat did not burn and used no oil!

Just thought I'd pop in and say "hi"! I know it's been a while since I posted anything on this thread.

Froglady, where in Georgia are you? I'm in Georgia, too!

I'm still on my healthy eating plan. I've lost probably six more pounds. I'd like to lose about 10 more and then just maintain. I've started a good vitamin supplement regimin and that's helped considerably.

I hope everyone is having a good Summer!
