Having company for dinner tomorrow.
Boiling fresh shrimp, new potatoes, little ears of corn in a shrimp boil seasoning, strawberries as well. I bought them a delicious fudge frosted brownie....that I am not going to even eat...it is the best in town! I will give it to them to take home. I have never tried this for company hope it turns out alright! Susan is recovering from her appendectomy....they usually have us over for easter....our turn was definately over due! yea for butler! bizi

That sounds yummy! Shrimp is on my carb diet..not potatoes nor corn.
Breakfast: same old same old Lunch: Fat burning Soup and chicken salad

I had 1 cup of Cherry Activia and a piece of whole grain toast. Oh, and 32 ounces of water.
Big supper planned tonight. I might eat a small snack beforehand - maybe an apple or some nuts - so i won't overdo it on dinner. I've taken Provigil again today and it's once again zapped my appetite. I'll have to keep taking this med....it gives me energy so I'll be thin and have a clean house!!

good on the water Kitty! I keep forgetting how important it is, especially when dieting to drink LOTS of water. Clean house.. sil coming tomorrow for a visit..I should at least dust but I'd rather take the dog down to the County park.

Go for the walk, she will be happy and dusting is of course over rated!
I tried mixing a cup of v8 juice in a 50 bottle of water for flavor....it is good! I drink it thru out the day monday thru friday...not good on water on the weekends. Must do better, just had some milk for lunch as this will be a big meal for dinner.

Dinner was the rest of the chicken salad and pork rinds. Didn't do the treadmill because we walked briskly in the park...about two miles.
that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

I was fairly good at supper last night. I didn't eat any of the meatloaf and only had a spoonful of macaroni & cheese and about 15 pieces of fried okra. But......I did have a small slice of Key Lime Pie. I had not eaten much all day and I'm right back on the plan today so hopefully it won't show on Saturday!
I need to walk more but my balance is so bad. I hesitate to get too far from home. Wish I still had my treadmill.
