Mac n Cheese is an all time favorite of mine..I wouldn't dare be around it.
I've been cooking all morning in anticipation of sil's arrival. Clara Edwards salad is not on my diet but I'm having it anyway!

And a small piece of key lime pie doesn't make you a bad person. *grin

piccadilly restaurants have the best macaroni and cheese...I some times go there and have chicken and dumplins, mashed potaoes and mac and cheese all comfort foods!!!!!!
I have not been there since 3-11-10
bizi who is having the rest of the shrimp sauted in 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1/4 cup of salsa add some hot sauce...hope it turns out.
jeff is away fishing...home wednesday.
After dinner I will go to the gym tonight and really be thoughtful about the weight machines. tred mill and swimming. If all goes well.

Not a problem...they offered a diet plate...two plain burgers, cottage cheese and cold slaw. I watched the other two eat cheeseburgers with buns and fries!

Fixing Salmon, green beans, and cauliflower for dinner.

I was bad yesterday......ate Zaxby's for dinner. But I've gotten right back on track today. Haven't had much of an appetite but that might be caused by the Benadryl I've taken today for my itchy allergy eyes.

My breakfast was 1 container of Cherry Activia and 1 bowl of Multi Grain Cheerios w/fat free milk. My lunch was Light Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup and green beans. I have thawed out three chicken cutlets that I plan to grill on the George Foreman. I may or may not eat one tonight. It's already 5:30 PM and I don't like to eat after 6 PM so we'll see. Gotta make up for yesterday's Zaxby meal!

How have you been able to stick to your dieting? It has not been that long for me and I am already seeing myself sinking....
I had 8 oz of ground turkey with tomatoe paste and hot sauce for dinner tonight.....and one beer.
I think I told you that I already had to buy all new scrubs because the other ones were all too tight.

(((Bizi))) For me it's a mind set. I am all done being fat! I'm tired of too tight clothes and a poor self image...we are goal oriented this time and doing it with someone else really helps. Of course Mr.Alffe has his own struggles with chocolate, and ice cream and popcorn. *grin Oh I shouldn't forget the pizza. I just miss bread, potatoes, mac n cheese...

On the positive side I treat myself to a jar of herring in sour cream which I love and am allowed to have. Or I might nuke a hot dog and dip it in hot mustard for a quick treat.

sil has lost a lot of weight and looks great, feels so much better. She says that women over forty have to get an hour of exercise every day! That, I don't do but should. She doesn't count carbs or calories...is just careful with portion control and like you, she uses the exercise room at her condo.
