Default i look thinner but weigh more

or am i imaigiing this?
im at 191 pounds

eating lots of apples and less junk

looks like i have a bike helmut on my stomach -im sick of it and yet i feel if i lost weight id be a toothpick and i heard obese people may survive heart attacks better ,but maybe thats not true

its all very stange -the eating habits of americans of junk and fat
