I clearly remember the wood rosin in Mountain Dew.

I used to work midnights, and at 7am, (I left at 9am) my bookkeeper would come in to do the deposit and stats, and would buy Twinkies and Mountain Dew for breakfast.

I used to ask her how the wood rosin was that day! Hoping she'd get the point. I found for myself, at 8am, to get to that
11 hr mark (11 hr shift ) that milk was the only thing that would do it for me then!

Bizi-- I use the new Low Sodium V8 --I have one can daily. They reformulated it and made it thicker and better! It has 1100mg of potassium now in it...more than before!

I like it on ice at 4pm--my low time, as a pre-dinner snack. It fills me up nicely and I eat less at dinner! I can't tolerate the regular one anymore since I don't eat alot of salt.

That's a good idea, Bizi. I might just try that.

I've gotten to where I drink mostly just water now. I'll squeeze a lemon in it if I want some extra flavor. I cannot stress how much better I feel, how much better my skin looks and how much weight I've lost since making this one change in my eating & drinking habits.

I still keep a pitcher of Crystal Light Lemonade in the fridge for when I just need something sweet. I probably drink less than one 8 ounce glass of that a day.

I like the Crystal light Lemonade too. And I rotate all my drinks.
