Is anyone interested in having a thread for listing our losses (or gains ?), weekly?

EXAMPLE:
Froglady...2lbs.

If so someone else could start it other than me...I am not good with wording ideas. I would enjoy being able to post my losses (if I ever have one ) and see the loses of others for encourangement for us all. gaye

Glad you like the idea Nancy. Yes anyone can start it...I am just not good at wording ideas. Maybe you want to start the thread yourself and I will sure be reading it and post a loss in a week.

Whoops just saw where Lizzard has started the thread. Scuse me Lizzard didn't see it.

Will be there in a week. Actually it will be next Monday so I can use that as my weigh in day. Wont be a very big loss, yet it will be a loss

no kidding -ive lost zero pounds in one or 2 years i think except 5 and put it back on in a few days

As soon as I lose I'll be glad to post Gaye. I am still trying. Drinking a lot, just eating wrong foods. I am going to make a real effort today.
