Hi, my name is Nat and I started my weight loss journey on February 5th of this year. So far, I've lost a total of 17 pounds and 21 inches. Because of some immediate family problems, my fiance and I moved to live with my sister, brother-in-law and two kids. I think that the moving process and feeling that my weight loss cannot come first until we get settled may result in putting back on those pounds. Hopefully, this website and message community will encourage and motivate me to continue. So hello to all and good luck on your weight loss endeavours.

Hi Nat, You are doing good to keep the weight off. Thats hard. I always get to wanting something, then blow it big time, like ice cream.

I haven't been here for a few days. Sorry about that. Looks like we have some awesome weight losses here, though!
YAY for all of you!!!!!!!!!!   I had another loss this week: .8, for a total now of... 94 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm hopin' to make 100 lost by the time Mom gets here sometime around my son's b-day (7/23). Even if I don't make it, I should be close! She hasn't seen me since I started in August nearly 2 years ago!!!!!!! I can't imagine what she'll say... !!LIZARD

I think your mother is very proud of your hard work that you are doing! This is a life changing event for you....you realise that you have lost a whole other person with these 94 pounds lost. This is incredible! You keep at it girlie! ((((HUGS)))) bizi

Great Lizzy~ Only you know how hard it is to loose this much. I have never lost that much or even come close. I have lost four pounds in two weeks, cause my Dr. wants me to loose.Thats been hard going without ice cream and junk food. I wish I didn't crave it so much.
