...I ain't lookin' fer it!! 93 1/2 lbs are gone forever!!!!! YEEEAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

My gosh befuddled, thats a lot of weight! I did loose too when my husband was suffering so. Its a bad thing to go through. I have gained it back tho. I just wouldn't want to be in your shoes right now. Good luck in all you try to do.

Exclamation So I didn't get to tell y'all....
I LOST 2 LBS THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grand total: 93 lbs!!!!!!!!!! Now, if I can just get outta this freakin' weight "decade"... Been there since Oc-freakin'-tober!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!

My endo situation will be awhile, too...she thinks I have hypothalamus and possibly pituitary damage from my apparently traumatic high forceps delivery ovfer 40 years ago, and that, along with my age and the hydro, is working against me. I hope to get my results this week. We'll see...

Default Hi! I'm new to this topic!
I was pointed here by a fellow PN sufferer.

I started my lifestyle changes back the end of June. Since then I've lost about 18 pounds. I stopped taking Effexor XR which caused my weight gain in the first place. Actually, the Celexa I was on prior to the Effexor caused the majority of it. I came off the Celexa and had lost 30 pounds and my doctor put me on Effexor, which at the time I did need, and my weight shot up again though never as high as it got on the Celexa. I don't anymore. And the Effexor has also contributed to a major increase in my cholesterol. I refuse to take any drugs for that so I have to make diet and exercise do the job.

After coming off the Effexor and two other drugs the weight simply began coming off mostly on it's own. I am eating much healthier so I know that accounts for some of it too.
