Well, I had a hellacious gain of 3.4 last week and lost half of it this week!!

Finally got a definite dx last week, too: I'm officially hypothyroid. Big s'prise. I started Armour on Wed, and maybe it's just in anticipation of getting better, but I have already noticed a difference!! Maybe I'll actually start losing now!!

my scale went ka-pooey in the move. nice cool glass one....i had no idea the number dial was plastic. it warped from the heat.

i have no idea how much i weigh right now, but a pair of old navy size 8 jean fit just right yesterday. didnt even have to suck it in to zip up.

How wonderful

I'm hoping one day to get into size 10's again. I was comfortable with myself there. I'm in a 16/18 with the waist sewn smaller to accomomodate the hips and thighs. I can't even imagine single digit jeans fitting.

I see you make good choices with each meal and still love the chocolate. A fine role model you are for me, and others.

Default Good girl, Billie

Billie,

Wow, you are doing so good - keep up the good work! Stay away from the chocolate and other temptations. If you are like me, you can't even have them in the house. If I know something is in the house, I end up eating it.

Love ya,
Nancy

I AM SO STUCK, STUCK, STUCK AT 23 LBS. I did make it through a summer vacation and a wedding with no gain but nuts, I want to start loosing again. I have to work a little harder, I've been somewhat complacent so I need to get back at it!

Love ya all,
Nancy

Heart Hi Nancy~

That is the way it is with me too. I can't even have it in the house. much to my surprise, I have lost another 4 pounds. It's hard to beleive, but I have lost another 4 pounds. That makes me losing 13 pounds in one week. it is playing with my diabetes tho. I am use to some sugar. I really got the shakes at work today. I quit an hour and half early because of the shakes and sweating. All my energy was just drained. I need to learn to balance my food better.

I got a Hospice meeting tonight. Hope you all had a good day!

I'm like you that I can't have chocolate in the house. I love chocolate. I'd do just about anything for it when I'm craving it. I've learned not to buy the big bags of chocolate or more than one candy bar at a time when I *am* craving it. That's usually PMS time.
