Hey, is there any way we can share jeans? You can have the too small waist in mine & I'll take the too big waist in yours. I have never understood why they can't make jeans that actually fit. Either the waist is too large for the pair shaped body or the hips & thighs are too big for those of us with the apple shape (and no butt like my daughter loves to point out).

Well I am setting my start day as yesterday, so my loss is zero. I just wanted to post it to keep myself honest!

If it were possible to switch waistbands, I'd do it in a second. Have you tried mens jeans. With mens jeans the waist and hips are both the same size, while the womens jeans have smaller waists.

That was my thought for the day, and my brain hurts now.

Heart Bumping Up for The New Year And Good Weight Losses

We can do it gang...we really can. This time next year we could weigh less:

2 pounds weight loss a month 24

5 pounds a month 60. Wow, it can happen and some of you with not so much to lose, can LOOK JUST LIKE YOU WANT TO.

THOSE OF US OVER 50 LBS TO LOSE CAN BE WELL ON OUR WAY!

O Zero pounds gained for a month is a great accomplishment too!

Smile

I did it even if it is Because I am sick...I still did it!
I'VE ACTUALLY LOST WEIGHT! Was 239 now...231!

Pneumonia is great for weight loss! Wouldn't recomend anyone trying it though. Regular low-carb meals much better.

Curious, I am going to get on the "d" wagon for sure this year....had it planned and was actually trying it when I got sick, right in the middle. Gaye

I have no idea when I lost the weight I've lost exactly. Just know
that when I went to see my doctor on Wednesday after my
hospital stay to see if my bronchitus was still around. My pounds
had gone down on their scales. Its their scales that I've never
been able to get a change on. So excitement hit me big time.

I know its not much, but to see a 8 to 10 pound difference was
so nice.

Default It's good to see the support for the weight challenge!

I started a week ago at 269.5 and today am at 260.5. I had way too much protein at my son's 30th Saturday Barbeque but am, for now, complying with my Nutrisystem "stuff". My knees are shot and one needs replacing asap so it's do or die here. I'll try to come in on Mondays and post, in hopes that it will keep me honest and maybe motivate others. I'm actually looking at gastric bypass down the road so as not to fail AGAIN at maintaining a significant weight loss. I've gone off my medications for fibromyalgia, OCD and depression after gaining LOTs of weight. Pain is my partner and the OCD, thank heaven has been tolerable for a long time now. I'm sure that many of us here have gained weight with the different neuro-meds and I hope we can support each other while we try to lose
