I know there is a thiner person living inside, just can't find her, cause their is a bigger lady standing in my mirrow blocking my view! LOL
Nice to meet ya.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to you!!!!!! (If it helps, I didn't wanna admit to my starting weight, either, but now that I'm LONG past it, headed down, it's not so bad. [Hint: My first thought, when I found out was, "OMG...If I don't get rid of this, I'll require an OPEN MRI!!" Not true anymore. ] )

LIZARD, proud of ya!

well since I've been out and doing some yard work - I've lost 2 lbs.
that snow and ice thing kept me home bound so I just ate.
but now that is gone and we had about 2 weeks of sunshine but still 20s at nite but 45s days.

Doug;

Welcome to the Weight Forum!

I enjoyed the arrival of an extra 30 lbs. due to Lyrica but I choose to stay on it soooo I have to adjust my lifestyle and eating habits. I wasn't ready to do so for a long time but now I've made a commitment using the Weight Watchers method. My husband is right with me which helps a lot.

Good luck to you. Are you battling chronic pain? Is that why you are on neurontin?

Warmest regards,
NancyH
