Heart

I can't loose either. I am eating more than I am exercising. I did exercise today pretty good. I am just plain hungry and have a good appetite. No excuses!

Default I was very lucky!

Hi All;

Well, after my trip to Phoenix where, if we weren't eating, we were planning our next meal, I was happily surprised to see that I had not gained any weight. I didn't loose any either, I just stayed the same. So this week it's back to following the Weight Watchers program. I really don't mind it and we love the fat free, sugar free pudding made w/skim milk for a little treat instead of ice cream. I'm still getting used to whole wheat pasta and really miss pizza but that's life in the "fat" lane.

Anyway, I'm still at 11.5 lbs. lost

Aww... I'm sorry. Consider yourself in good company. This week will be better for me...and for you, too!

Congrats on the awesome loss! Why are you giving up pizza? You don't have to, y' know.

LIZARD, who had some last night--only 6 points' worth!

Since going on my diet officially last Thursday, I have lost 1 pound. Its a start. No excerise just a change in diet so far. Don't tell that to Todd, he thinks I have been walking everyday.

Default I can have pizza?

Lizard - tell me about pizza! I thought I should wait to try that until I've met my mid-point goal, another 8 lbs.
But please do tell!

Love ya,
Nancy-H

There are a couple of ways to go about it. Of course, you can have "real" pizza if you want. I just limit it by 1) not eating it often; 2) making sure to eat before I get really hungry; and 3) planning ahead so I know I have the points. One medium piece of one-topping pizza is about 7 points. That's generally dinner for me, but I have also eaten about 2 hours before and will have dessert about 1 1/2 hours later.

If you're intimidated by that, there are some great pizzas from WW, South Beach, and Lean Cuisine.

Have fun!

LIZARD, who loves ya back

Thanks Lizard,

You know, being on WW is not bad at all. We both feel like we have made wonderful meals together and we are eating all the time. The question remains is how long can we continue it. I hope forever.

Thumbs Up

That dang hormonal 2.2 I gained last week?? Not gone completely, but I took a good bite out of it (no pun intended! ). Lost 1.4 this week and back to an even 91 lost!!

I have a sub leader for a few weeks while my "real" leader is in Florida (lucky dawg), and Shawn (sub) had us make paper clip chains representing a clip for each lb lost. I laughed and told her I'd just buy a box. She told me she'd count them out for me, and I can assemble it later, so I will.

LIZARD. just gloatin'
