I do feel better - more energy. But what I love is all the healthy food I'm giving my body. Can't wait until my doc asks for a blood test, the results should be amazing. And on the WW plan, I never feel hungry. It's great, even the online program, that my husband and I are doing, is full of items to motivate. So far, so good.

Feeling a bit run down today..the shots I got on Friday are hurting me today.

.2 gain...but it sure coulda been worse! I certainly shoulda tracked better, too, but next week, I'll be in IL at my best pal's house. She has a WW center near her, so I may duck in and get weighed. We'll see...

HAPPY, HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I am afraid to step on the scales. Maybe tomorrow I will get up enough nerve?
