Wow, a lot of posts. I have been avoiding this thread because I know I haven't lost any weight, I even gained some.

Tonight though I weighed myself and have lost 1.4 pounds. yea for me.

Default This week's report. . .

is a whopping 1.5 lbs. Hubby lost 3 lbs. and he had a couple of beers every evening, and ate cereal that's off of the approved list every morning. Men are so funny about loosing weight, they pretend it's not a big deal but I catch him looking in the mirror!

Anyway, I only have a couple of pounds to go to meet my 10% goal - a Weight Watchers thing, they make your first big goal 10% of your starting weight. I'm going home to MN in May so I want to look better but will still keep at it until the big wedding in August. (My step-daughter.) Plus I'm sure I will gain some weight on the trip in May.

SUE - If you are thinking about WW, now is the time because the first 3 months are free!!! We are doing the online thing which has been great. The recipes are really good, especially if your family likes chicken and pork and steaks. Potatoes are allowed, too!

That's it for now - love to all.

Shocked A LOSS--and then a pizza orgy...:(

So...I can't believe I actually lost .6 this week--I was so hungry all week! Musta been all that cleansing fiber...

So, DH decided we had to get pizza last night, and what does LIZARD do?? THREE PIECES!! Yeah, they were fairly small, but way more than I shoulda had. Have to spend the rest of the week being really careful now...Siiiggghhhh....

LIZARD, marchin' on...
